Intellectual Property

Devstank retains ownership of all working files, concepts, and code until full payment is received
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final delivered project
Devstank reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio

Revisions & Support

Revision limits and support terms are defined per project agreement. Requests beyond the agreed revisions may incur additional charges.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared information, data, and materials confidential and not disclose them to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Third-Party Tools & Services

Devstank may use third-party tools, plugins, APIs, or platforms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or issues caused by third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

Devstank shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
Issues arising from third-party services or client-provided materials

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
